New 98 album
Don't despair, 98 Degrees fans, a new album is on the way.
According to 98 Degrees' official website, the group has almost finished recording.
Group-member Drew Lachey wrote that 98 Degrees have finished nine songs and only have a few more left before their album is delivered into their fans' eager hands.
The group is now thinking ahead to all the work they have to do once the album is finished.
"Right now we're picking photographers, video concepts, and trying to get all our stuff in order," Drew write. "One big thing that we're working on is the title for the album. The title is a very big deal. It has to describe the album as a whole."
Drew went on to say that the album is scheduled for release on Sept. 26, if everything goes according to plan.
Drew didn't say what the group's new songs sound like but (fellow group-member and brother) Nick Lachey's girlfriend, pop star Jessica Simpson, told MTV that the new music is more up-tempo than 98 Degrees' last album.
