Is Christina's hit a cover?

UK papers are accusing Christina Aguilera of stealing her latest hit, "What A Girl Wants" from a European singer.

According to the English Sun, the single from Christina's debut album is a cover of a song by French singer Ophelie Winter.

The song was titled "Ce Que Je Suis", which means "What I Am"; it wasn't released as a single.

Song-writers Shelly Peiken and Guy Roche co-wrote the song with Ophelie, and the two are credited on Christina's album although Ophelie isn't.
