Christina in love and drinking pop

Coca-Cola is in talks to sign pop superstar Christina Aguilera as their new spokeswoman, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

If the soft-drink company scores Christina for their ad campaigns, they'll be able to do battle with Pepsi-Cola, which recently hired pop star Ricky Martin as their spokesman.

Coca-Cola is using CAA, an entertainment marketing consultant, to help push the company into TV, Internet, film, and celebrity promotional ventures.

Meanwhile, Christina is opening up about her romantic relationships.

Earlier this month, Christina Aguilera admitted to AllPop that she had fallen in love, but she wouldn't say who the object of her affection was.

"I fell in love for the first time over the past year," she said. "That's also been a learning and growing experience for me. But right now it's just I had to get back to my own independence and stay focused on what was important and that's my career, above all, for me right now. But it [love] is a really amazing thing. It turned my world upside down for a second. I was like, 'What is this?' And it still pretty much has."

Now, according to The London Sun, Christina is in love with one of her dancers, Jorge Santos, and is worrying about the stress her hectic schedule has put on their relationship.

"I'm head over heels in love but it's really hard with all this travel and crazy lifestyle," she told The Sun. "I've found a guy who can deal with a chick like me and a lifestyle like mine. I'm really happy and couldn't ask for any more."

The latest news on Christina's romantic life might finally put to rest the rumours linking the Grammy-winner with Enrique Iglesias.
