Christina postpones concert
SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) -- The songbird fell silent.
Laryngitis forced the postponement of Sunday's Christina Aguilera concert, one of the highlights of the New York State Fair.
Fair spokesman Joe LaGuardia said officials were notified late Saturday that Aguilera, whose pop hits include "Genie In A Bottle" and "I Turn To You," would try to reschedule the show for some time in the next two weeks.
Anyone with a ticket to the concert was to be admitted free to the fair Sunday or Monday.
