Backstreet plan new video

The Backstreet Boys have already announced their new album title ("Black and Blue") and the record's release date ("Nov. 21). Now they are leaking info about their new video.

Backstreet's Kevin Richardson spoke with MTV during Madonna's "Music" party this week and spilled some news about the group's plans.

Kevin told MTV that Backstreet will meet with director Matthew Rolston next week to make a video for "Shape Of My Heart," the first single from "Black And Blue". The song will be released to radio on October 3.

Although Kevin won't be sitting in the director's chair during the filming of the new video, he does have plans to direct someday in the future.

"We actually have our own [record] label now, and we have an artist, and I'm possibly going to direct her video," he told MTV.

Meanwhile, singer Krystal from Indiana has been signed to the group's newly formed, still-unnamed label.

Krystal's debut album is expected to be released early next year. She will probably join the Backstreet Boys for their 2001 "Black And Blue" tour.
