Moffatts kicking in the U.S.

CHICAGO -- I was so psyched because I was going to see the Moffatts!
My friend picked me up at like 3:30 or so, and we headed towards Chicago. Unfortunately, we live in Indiana, and so we had a long drive ahead of us. Well, we finally go to Chicago and we passed up the exit for Lake Shore Drive. So we had to get off, and then turn around in Chinatown, and then get back on the expressway, and then get off, and then get onto the other side ... well, we finally did that and we were headed for Wacker Drive to get to the House Of Blues, and then we missed THAT.
So, after another hour of endless wandering, we finally got onto Wacker, and then we found a parking lot and walked a few blocks to the HOB.
It seemed that we were the last ones there, because the doors opened at 5:30 and we didn't get there until like 6:00. Well, we stood off to the left side for a while, and the crowd was chanting, "We want The Moffatts!" Then my friend and her mom went to the bathroom and I attempted to save our spots, because HOB is "open floor", which means you can go anywhere.
Well, these chicks were like crowding around me, trying to get in front of me, and I was like, "No, I don't think so!" And then April came back and her mom sat at the bar.
Then the opening act came on. I have NO idea who they were because I like groups that play instruments, and not dance around. It was two girls and two guys. They all dressed the same. I took a picture of them and, figures, with my luck, I got caught! Well the dude didn't take my camera. I just put it in my pocket until The Moffatts came on.
Well again, with my luck, after the opening act, I had to pee extremely badly. I left and at this point, the girls were sucking up every available spot on the floor. I hurried up and came back to find my friend closer to the stage than before and someone standing in my spot. I was kind of ticked off, but at an open-floor concert it is every chick for herself. I squeezed myself up by her, and there was like one person between her and I.
Then The Moffatts came on and all the people in the back smashed the people in the front so that they could be closer to The Moffatts. This concert sucked for one reason. On either side of you, some chick was touching you, and you couldn't lift up your arms, and if they were up, they stayed up because you had no room to move. Scott wore that ridiculous hat and sunglasses! Why?? Errggghhh. And Clint wore some funky red shirt. Bob was wearing a white T-shirt with the sleeves cut off, and Dave was wearing a white, sweater-type thing.
Here's the set list for the show:
Crazy, Let's Party, Girl Of My Dreams, Say'n I Love You, I'll Be There For You, Love, Until You Loved Me -- on that one, they played a game with us. It was to see who could scream WOOHOO the loudest and they divided us, and then after we did it like 20 times. They were like, "Okay now, all together! WOOHOO", and they played Blur's Song 2 -- well, a little bit of it -- and it led into the next song, Raining In My Mind. Then Bob came out from the drums and sang a song that I have no clue what it was because his mic was not loud enough and no one could hear him.
Then they played this song called I (not recorded), Baby Come Back To Me (not recorded) -- after this song, the crowd was chanting, WE LOVE YOU, MISERY and TAKE IT OFF, and Scott gave the mic to someone because he wanted to know what we were saying, and she said "Misery" -- and Scott was like, "That comes later in the show baby, yeah baby yeah, groovy baby", and he did an Austin Powers impression -- then Hallucinating (also not recorded).
Then they did their thanks, and they were avoiding thanking the audience. We were the last one. At the beginning, Scott and Clint said, "We'd like to thank the record company for just UH, for UH, just being there. Uh!"
Then after they thanked us, Scott told all the parents that the girls were throwing their bras on stage. "And uh hold on a second Clint, I have one more thing to say. For the parents in the back we want you to know that your ladies been throwing up ... ya know ... stuff up on stage *CLINT* 'YEAH'. So, umm yeah, they ended up throwing some stuff on stage, just to let you know. But that was his exact quote. How do I know? Because I just listened to it.
Then they introduced If Life Is So Short, then Scott introduced the band in the middle of the song, and then they finished the song. After that, they played Wild At Heart -- and in the middle of the song they did that song Mickey! Scott was singing "Hey Mickey, You're so fine, You're so fine you blow my mind, hey Mickey!" and he turned it over to the crowd and the crowd changed the "Mickey's" to "Scotty's", and he said, "Uh thanks", then he was like Hey Chicago you're so ... and he laughed and then when the beginning came back, he said, "Hey Chicago, you're so fine, you're so fine you blow my mind, hey Chicago ... HEY CHICAGO"! (It was funny!)
Then they finished Wild At Heart and Scott said "YES! Thank you very much! We love you Chicago! God Bless, Peace, Love, Happiness!" And then they left!
The crowd was chanting, Moffatts! Moffatts! Moffatts! And then like two minutes later, they came out! They played Miss You Like Crazy, and for the beginning the did some wack thing that led into the song. After that, they played Misery, and it was over!
Well, my friend April was leaning on the stage and I was like three feet behind her. And we were in the middle! Yeah! We moved from the left side, 30 feet back, to the middle, which was at the most five feet away. It was awesome.
That was the end of the show, but it wasn't the end of my night. April and I walked over to her Mom sitting at the bar, and I was like, "Ape, look at this! There is no one guarding this door!" It was weird because all the chicks were congregating on the other side and in the back. I was like "Ape, I'm going through that door!" And I went! I walked through a kitchen, and then a few seconds later, April came through, and she got caught!
I was standing backstage, and she was with her Mom! I walked down this hallway behind some guy from the opening act, and then I saw Bob! Awww! I stopped and talked to him, and I gave him something, and he was like, "Thank you, thank you very much!" And then we parted our ways. I was in shock.
Then I walked out a door that was on the other side, by the other bar. There were all these girls standing there. and they all gave me this look like, Oh, she was BACKSTAGE!, and I had to walk through them and run across the floor, and I was like "APRIL, GUESS WHAT"! And she was like "WHAT"? And I was yelling, "I MET BOB MOFFATT"! she said, "nuh-uh! No Way"! and I said, "YES WAY"!! and we started dancing around in circles and jumping up and down. Everyone thought we were crazy!
Then we left. And we got lost leaving too!
But other than that, it was a pretty awesome night!
