*Nsync to join a Gang?

The relatively clean-cut boys of *Nsync hope to join up with a wild bunch of rappers.

The Bloodhound Gang is hoping that the *Nsync-ers will find time to collaborate with them on their next album, MTV reports.

Although the Bloodhound Gang and *Nsync may seem like they're on opposite sides of the musical spectrum, Jimmy Pop, who fronts the Gang, says the two groups are friends and appreciate each other's music.

"Personally, I'd rather hang out with them than most bands," Jimmy told MTV. "They're really down-to-earth people. I thought it would be fun to mix it up and see what happens."

Jimmy said he recently made his way to an *Nsync show where he asked the boys to join him on the album.

"They're cool with it; we just need to make sure their people are cool with it," he said.

The Bloodhound Gang are best known for last year's hit single "The Bad Touch".
