S Club 7's recent legal problems have reportedly cost them a contract with Quaker Oats.
The cereal company had been trying to make a deal with the group for a Sugar Puffs ad campaign, but that was before group members Bradley McIntosh, Paul Cattermole and Jon Lee were caught with marijuana, The BBC reports.
"Talks were held with 19 Management [S Club's management team], as they are with various groups, but no contract was actually agreed," said a spokesman for Quaker Oats. "The talks are not continuing."
S Club's deal with the Cadbury company is still intact.
