Nick and Jessica serenade movie-goers

Pop super-couple, Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey (98 Degrees) are planning a public performance.

The two singers will perform their duet, "Where You Are" (featured on Jessica's album "Sweet Kisses"), at the New York premiere of the film "Here On Earth" on March 23, MTV reports.

The two will sing the song (which is also featured on the film's soundtrack, due out this week) just before the screening of "Here On Earth", which stars Leelee Sobieski.

The movie, a love story between a boy and a girl with a terminal disease, will be released this Friday (March 24).

Besides the duet performance, Jessica will perform at several weekend shows at Disney World from April 28 to May 12.
