Britney director made porn films

Britney Spears has been working with a porn film director.

Now, before you start trawling through the Internet looking for screen captures of Britney in naughty action, the porn director in question is Gregory Dark, who was at the helm for Spears' "From The Bottom Of My Heart" clip, as well as videos for Counting Crows and Ice Cube.

The New York Post reports that a story in Esquire Magazine outs Dark for his blue-movie past, as the director of such stag-film classics as "White Bunbusters," "New Wave Hookers", "Between the Cheeks", and "The Devil In Miss Jones, Parts 4 and 5."

Dark's X-rated days are behind him, but he was unrepentant about his past in the Esquire article: "So I made a few porno movies. Big deal. I didn't hurt anybody," he told the magazine.

Reports out of London say Spears has vowed never to work with Dark again, although The Post said Spears' representative told them it's an "open issue" whether Dark will helm another Spears clip.

Meanwhile, The Post also reports that Spears recently plunked down $3 million for a Mediterranean-style Beverly Hills home, after touring the property with her boyfriend, *NSync singer Justin Timberlake. The purchase has done little to squelch persistent rumours that the poptastic duo are soon to wed.
