Britney's Hawaiian Special

Britney's Hawaiian adventure will air next week.

Fox's special "Britney in Hawaii" is scheduled to air on Wednesday, June 7th at 9 p.m. (ET)/8 (C).

The special will include Britney singing her smash hit "Baby One More Time" and her new single "Oops! ... I Did It Again".

Britney will be joined by Destiny's Child and Joe during the special.

In more Britney news, the singer's official website has been revamped.

It now features updated photos of the pop glamour queen, information on The Britney Spears Foundation (an arts summer camp for underprivileged youth) and most interestingly ... a journal kept by Britney's mom, Lynne Spears.

Lynne's entries are titled "Lynne's Corner", and her contribution to the website is described this way:

"Britney's mom, Lynne Spears, gets in the act reporting 24/7 on life with Britney. Get an exclusive look at Britney that you won't forget from her biggest fan."

Lynne's latest journal instalment said that the Spears family was getting a new house with a pool and that Britney and Lynne were going to spend Mother's Day together.

There's also an entry from Hawaii during the taping of "Britney In Hawaii", and it sounds like both mother and daughter enjoyed the tropical setting.

"We had a wonderful time and none of us were ready to leave. Brit was going to Japan, so we had to go home. I hated leaving, but this time I had good company going back with me. Brit, the girls and I said our goodbyes and cried "buckets". But, summer's almost here and we are going to do a lot more of this!!!!!!"
