Britney's acting dreams
Britney Spears is preparing for a film career.
The princess of pop has signed with Endeavor to represent her in film and TV, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
The agency will help Britney expand beyond the pop world and into an acting career. Endeavor's other clients who have crossed over from music to acting include Better Midler, Mark Wahlberg and Master P.
Although Britney got her start on TV's "The Mickey Mouse Club" she's never acted in a feature film but she apparently has high hopes for her film career. In the liner notes of Britney' second album, "Oop!...I Did It Again," she thanks Endeavor for "putting my name inlights (eventually)".
Britney's interest in acting could stem from the fact that she's already achieved enormous musical success and is looking for new challenges. "Oops!" sold over 1.3 million setting a record for first-week sales by a female artist.
