New Britney biography coming
Everyone is a Britney biographer these days.
The pop princess and her mother, Lynne Spears, released their book "Britney Spears' Heart to Heart" earlier this year. Now Britney's chaperone, Felicia Culotta, is putting her Britney experiences down on paper, dotmusic reports.
Felicia, who acts as Britney's chaperone and friend when the singer is away from home, is writing "Every Step Of The Way" about Britney's rise to the top of the pop charts, and Britney has reportedly given the book her blessing.
"I'm often asked about my gruelling work schedule," Britney told dotmusic. "How do I keep my energy going show after show? What grounds me, making me stay confident -- and sane -- when the world is watching every step I take? In a word, an answer to all these questions is 'Felicia'."
According to "Heart To Heart", Felicia -- or "Fe", as Britney refers to her -- used to be a paediatric dental hygienist who was introduced to the Spears family pre "...Baby One More Time".
Felicia accompanies Britney on tour, and has done so since the singer was 15 years old.
"I just say 'Fe takes care of me' and she does," Britney said in her book. "whether it's making sure I eat my breakfast in the morning or snapping photos for my scrapbook. I feel like she's my right arm and I don't know what I'd do without her in my life."
Britney fans might already recognize Felicia. She was the school teacher in Britney's "Baby One More Time" video.
