Britney's new video delayed

Britney Spears much-anticipated new video didn't make it to MTV in time.

The pop princess's video for "Stronger," her brand new, fast-paced single, was supposed to be delivered the MTV on Monday. It was supposed to run in conjunction with a new episode of MTV's "Making The Video" centring around Britney, E Online reports.

The world premiere of "Stronger" was heavily hyped by the music network but when MTV realized it wouldn't be ready for Monday, an episode of "Say What? Karaoke" ran in its place.

A spokesperson from Britney's label Jive Records said the video was late because it is still in post-production. It is expected to air next week.

According to a promo clip for "Stronger," the new video will show Britney finding her boyfriend with another girl.

"It's about being alone and being out on your own," Britney said in the promo clip. "In this video, it's just me dancing by myself, and I've never done that in a video before."

In more Britney news, the designers of her official website are suing the pop star and her marketing company.

The designers claim that they weren't paid the more than $125,000 that they were owed for creating her site.

DNA Visual Business Solutions filed a lawsuit last week claiming that Signatures SNI (Britney's marketing company) didn't pay the final five installments worth of development fees.
