Britney confirms Madonna duet
Britney Spears is ending last week's will they/won't they? speculations.
The princess of pop and pop icon Madonna will definitely be recording a duet, NME reports.
During a press conference in Rio on Wednesday, Britney answered questions about a rumoured pairing with her musical idol Madonna.
"Yes it is true," Britney said. "We are not sure how we will do it, because I don't know when I or she will have free studio time to coincide, but her people and my people are talking, and that will definitely happen."
Madonna has said that she admires the young pop singer and even wore a Britney Spears T-shirt during a concert.
I've always listened to Madonna, since I was a kid in my bedroom," Britney said. "So one day, I'm looking through this magazine and I see Madonna wearing a T-shirt with my name on it and I go 'What?!' I was very proud and honoured."
