Britney duets Michael Jackson

Eighties icon Michael Jackson is teaming up with the hottest pop stars of 2001.

The "Thriller" star is planning a huge concert in September that will feature his reunion with the Jackson 5, plus several other mega-collaborations, MTV reports.

The two-hour concert is titled "Michael Jackson: The Solo Years 30th Anniversary Celebration". It will be held at New York's Madison Square Garden.

Britney Spears and Whitney Houston have already signed on to perform with Jackson at the September 7th concert, and the *Nsync boys also plan to join Jackson on-stage for at least one song.

In addition to Britney, *Nsync, and Whitney, the show will also include performances by Marc Anthony, Shaggy, Jill Scott, Mya, Tamia, and Canada's Deborah Cox.

It will also feature a 300-member gospel choir, a 200-member children's choir, a 48-piece orchestra, 40 dancers, and 12 background singers.

"I am very excited to celebrate my 30th anniversary as a solo artist with such a distinguished array of talent, friends and fans," Jackson said in a statement. "I look forward to performing live and reuniting with my brothers on this special night."
