Posh's new single and book trauma

Posh Spice's first single is on the airwaves.

"Out Of Your Mind," is Victoria Beckham's first solo single, and the fashionable Spice Girl joined forces with True Steppers for the song, ananova.com reports.

Radio One in the U.K. has been playing the single and it will be released overseas on Aug. 14.

Victoria took notice of True Steppers when their single "Buggin'" became a top 10 hit in the U.K.

"She was really into Buggin' and was a great person to work with," Andy Ice Cream of True Steppers said. "People are going to be very, very surprised when they hear her vocals."

In more Posh news, the singer is currently steeling herself for the possibility of a nasty tell-all book, dotmusic reports.

Mark Niblett, a former bodyguard for Victoria and her family has written a book called "At Their Becks And Call", which is supposed to spill the dirt on her relationship with her sports star husband David Beckham and the rest of the Spice Girls.

The bodyguard is looking for a publisher for his book, which was penned by a ghost writer.

"This has made her physically sick," a Spice insider told dotmusic about Victoria's reaction to the book. "All the Spice Girls have a history of enforcing confidentiality agreements, and Victoria will do in this case, as well."

Mark quit his job over the weekend. He is also planning to include his personal pictures of Posh in the book.
