Posh Spice is ready to sue
Victoria Beckham and her soccer star husband David are willing to sue writer Andrew Morton if he publishes a book about their lives, Reuters reports.
The British High Court is expected to decide Tuesday whether or not "Posh And Becks: A Marriage," will be allowed to be published.
The book is based on information given to Morton by Mark Niblett, a former bodyguard of the U.K. couple.
Posh and David are claiming that Niblett broke the confidentiality agreement he signed when he was working for the celebrities.
Victoria and David plan to sue Morton and the book's publisher, Michael O'Mara, for libel if the High Court doesn't stop the publication.
Morton is the author of several tell-all biographies, including "Diana - Her True Story".
