Spice Girls gonna Holler

What are The Spice Girls up to?

Find out Monday, when the British song 'n' dance queens and girl power purveyors officially launch their upcoming single Holler to radio.

The new tune will offer a taste of The Spice Girls' long-awaited third album, Forever, which pretty much describes how long fans have had to wait for a new album from the quartet.

Holler comes out in stores Oct. 24, along with the album's second single, Let Love Lead The Way.

Forever hits the shelves Nov. 7.

The video for Holler premieres on MuchMusic Tuesday at noon.

The Spice Girls' previous albums, 1996's Spice and 1997's Spiceworld, each sold over one million copies in Canada alone.

The group had been silent on the musical front since wrapping up their Spiceworld tour, which touched down here in July of 1998.

During the group's hiatus last year, singer Mel C. -- aka Melanie Chisholm -- tried her hand at a solo career with the album Northern Star, while Victoria "Posh" Adams married British soccer star David Beckham and had a son, Brooklyn, last year. Mel "Scary" Brown married backup dancer Jimmy Gulzar in 1998, but the couple split after the birth of a daughter, Phoenix Chi.

Spice Girl Emma "Baby" Bunton apparently spent her time off staying out of the news.

The Spice Girls remain a foursome since parting company with headline-grabbing singer Geri Halliwell in 1998.
