Scary Spice angry at nude mag cover
Mel B plans to sue a U.K. mag over a risky photo.
Scary Spice isn't happy with "Loaded" magazine's cover shot, which features Mel standing naked covered with bees.
According to dotmusic, Mel claims she wore a bikini for the photo and believes that the editors used computers to strip it away. Mel warned the magazine that she'll get her lawyers involved if "Loaded" fails to print an apology.
"Loaded have airbrushed my bikini out and I am suing them," she said. "I've got picture approval, and I don't like it. It's not a good look, so they're getting it."
As far as the "Loaded's" actual interview with Mel is concerned, the loud Spice Girl seemed to be in top form. She wasn't shocked by racy questions and said that she's extremely proud of her upcoming solo album.
"I don't know how people are going to react," she said. "To be honest, I don't really care. To me, it's a groovy, hip-hoppish, R 'n' B-ish Mel B album. There's good beats on there and good messages. These songs have been like therapy to me. Stuff I needed to get out my system about relationships I've had. So it's an intensely emotional record. But in an upbeat way."
