Victoria Beckham is back in style.
Posh Spice returned to the spotlight recently, her first public appearance since being struck by viral meningitis earlier this month, Sky News reports.
Victoria appeared at the Elle Style Awards to collect the Most Stylish Look prize wearing a cream mini dress at the Park Lane Hall in London.
