Spice Girl Mel B got herself in some trouble during an appearance on a children's show.

Mel appeared on a U.K. show called "Live And Kicking" recently and accidentally swore on camera, Music 365 reports.

The show's host apologized to the studio audience and the kids watching from their homes.

During the show, Mel also made fun of former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell's latest hit "It's Raining Men", calling it a "really bad song".
