Posh gets Posh-er

Victoria Beckham is desperately holding on to her image as a fashion expert.

Victoria (Posh Spice) has joined a huge publicity campaign for an exclusive clothing boutique in the U.K. called Voyage, The London Sun reports.

The singer will be paid over a million dollars (Cdn.) to join Voyage's marketing blitz, which will include Victoria's image on posters and in magazine ads.

"She represents everything a store like Voyage is about and will propel us even more as the store for the great and the good in London," a spokesperson from Voyage told The London Sun about Victoria.

Voyage wanted the Spice Girl to take part in the publicity campaign this year but she was too busy recording her upcoming solo album to help out. Victoria's ad campaign for the store is now set to launch next year.

Voyage is an exclusive London store that requires its customers to get a membership before they are allowed in to look at the clothes. Members can gain access to the store only by ringing its doorbell and being let in by a member of Voyage's staff.

Voyage members include Madonna, Mick Jagger, and Nicole Kidman.

The store is so snooty it even refuses membership to some celebrities.

Naomi Campbell was banned from the store because she made a scene when she had to wait to be let in by a staff member.
