'American Pie II' details

This August, fans of gross-out teen comedies will get a chance to re-live their "American Pie" experience in a new way.

"American Pie II" will be released this summer and the producers and cast are keeping quiet about the movie's jokes, E! Online reports.

"There are some parallels to the first movie," said Jason Biggs, who had a famous scene with an apple pie in the original. "I do indeed have a funny gag. There are some 'American Pie-esque' moments -- as I would describe it."

Seann William Scott who played the obnoxious character of Stifler in the original, said the script for the sequel was "the funniest I've ever read".

The film is set during the summer after the characters' (from the first film) first year at university. The movie finds Michelle (Alyson Hannigan) working at the famous band camp and the introduction of Stifler's father (played by Bill Paxton) along with several other situations.
