Robbie Williams documentary details
The first full-length movie feature all about Robbie Williams will debut in the U.K. on Dec. 6.
The film, titled "Nobody Someday", was shot in February and March of 2001 during Robbie's European tour this year. It provides fans with a personal view of Robbie's life on the road.
The film was directed by Brian Hill, who was reportedly given an all-access pass to the British pop star.
"[The film] also contains many frank, open dialogues with Robbie himself," reads a description of the film on Robbie's website. "As he expresses the difficulties he faces when confronted with a 4-week long tour through Europe, we see Robbie talking about his battles with the press, his fans, and his own personal demons. Brian was also given total editorial control, under the remit that nothing during the filming period was 'off limits', and Robbie was happy to open up completely."
The documentary's premiere is scheduled for the sixth. The movie will open on Jan. 4 in London, Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Dublin, followed by other limited locations in the U.K.
U.K. news sites and papers have reported that footage of Geri in the flick was recently nixed on Robbie's request, MuchMusic reports.
Geri was featured in several scenes in the documentary. She was filmed presenting Robbie with a Brit Award this year and caught on camera while hanging out with the popstar at his home.
The rumour is that Robbie wants Geri removed from the film because the two, who used to be friends, are currently not getting along.
During an interview with The London Sun, Robbie said that some eccentric behaviour was "genuinely scaring me" and that "It was around that time I realized our friendship wasn't what I thought it was".

BBC apologizes for Robbie
The BBC is sending out an apology to more than 300 people who called the company to complain about bad language U.K. popstar Robbie Williams used during a concert special on Saturday.
The special featured banter between Robbie and actor Rupert Everett that some viewers found questionable, The BBC reports.
"If anyone was offended, we apologize, " a BBC spokeswoman said. "Rupert Everett's comments were intended to be
tongue-in-cheek."
The special, called "One Show, One Night With Robbie Williams", was the television broadcast of the singer's live show at the Royal Albert Hall in October. The concert found Robbie promoting his just-released "Swing When You're Winning", an album of covers of 1940s and 50s tunes made famous by Frank Sinatra and other rat pack members.

Nicole Kidman, Robbie Williams discuss duet
Movie star Nicole Kidman and U.K. pop superstar Robbie Williams are hoping to score a major hit with a musical duet.
The celeb singers will release their version of the 1967 Frank and Nancy Sinatra hit "Somethin' Stupid" as a U.K. single, The London Sun reports. The track is from Robbie's upcoming big-band album, "Swing When You're Winning".

"Nicole has a beautiful voice," Robbie told The Sun. "I heard her sing in 'Moulin Rouge' and I asked if she would be interested, expecting to be knocked back -- she's a proper Hollywood star. But she said yes. I was amazed and thrilled."
Nicole (who can be seen in the box-office hit "The Others") and Robbie recorded the song last month. They're expected to begin filming a video for the track shortly.
"He is a total pleasure to work with," Nicole said in an interview posted on Robbie's official website. "He's put me at my ease and made me laugh. Now I'm seriously thinking of getting a tattoo like his!"
Later, Nicole added, "Robbie is a sweet soul and a great singer. His version of 'Mr Bojangles' made me cry."
Robbie has also planned duets with several other stars for the album. "Prepare to be astonished," he said.
Other tracks featured on "Swing" include "The Lady Is A Tramp", "That's Life", "They Can't Take That Away From Me", and "Mack The Knife".
Robbie plans to preview the new tracks at London's Royal Albert Hall on Oct. 10.
"Swing When You're Winning" will be released in Canada on Nov. 20.

Robbie woos Britney
The U.K.'s biggest pop star plans to team up with the reigning pop princess of the U.S.
Robbie Williams is in talks to duet with Britney Spears for his upcoming big band album now called "Swing When You're Winning," The London Sun reports.
Robbie is said to be in the U.S. now, working on his album and undergoing negotiations with Britney's team.
Actress Nicole Kidman, who lent her vocal chords to this year's movie musical "Moulin Rouge", has already agreed to guest on Robbie's album.
Although Robbie is a huge star overseas, he hasn't achieved the same success in North America, a situation he apparently hopes to remedy with the famous guest stars on the album.
"As far as the Britney duet goes, it's looking good," a source close to Robbie reportedly told The London Sun. "With her and Nicole on board it will raise his profile in the States. We're hoping it'll be a biggie for Christmas."
"Swing When You're Winning" will be a musical change for Robbie. The singer's previous albums were full of pop songs, while the new album will feature music based on songs made famous by Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra.
Robbie decided to try his voice at a big band recording because he'd become bored with his image and his music.
"Swing When You're Winning" is scheduled for a Nov. 19th release in the U.K. but no release date has been set for North America yet.

Robbie Williams to record big band album
Following in the footsteps of artists such as Sinead O'Connor, Bryan Ferry, Chicago, Colin James, and Brian Setzer, British superstar Robbie Williams is readying an album of big-band covers.
Reuters reports that Williams is seriously considering drawing on Frank Sinatra's catalogue for the album, which is expected by the end of the year.
The project was likely triggered by Williams' cover of Sinatra's "Have You Met Miss Jones," from the soundtrack to "Bridget Jones's Diary."
"He's probably going to cover some popular standards with a band," Katie Conroy, spokesman for Williams' label, EMI, told Reuters.

Robbie writes thank your for Geri
Robbie Williams' latest ballad is reportedly all about Geri Halliwell.
The song is called "Eternity", and The London Sun is saying it is a "thank you" to Robbie's friend and former Spice Girl Geri, for giving him support in his on-going fight against alcohol and drugs.
"It is about friendship, and Robbie is not saying publicly who it is about," someone close to Robbie told the paper. "But it is obviously a big tribute to Geri, who has been his guiding light and shoulder to cry on over the past year or so."
Robbie is now in France filming a short movie to coincide with the song. The 20-minute film features both "Eternity" and a song titled "The Road To Mandalay", which is featured on the double A-side "Eternity" single.
The mini-movie set in the '70s and is about a heist.
