Two WB stars are teaming up on the big screen.

As AllPop reported earlier this summer, David Boreanaz who stars on the WB's "Buffy" spin-off "Angel," is the main attraction in a film titled "Valentine".

Now, Katherine Heigle of "Roswell" fame has signed on to appear in the movie too, zap2it.com reports.

Katherine will play a pre-med student in the film about a college geek (David) who is the victim of a practical joke by four women. The geek grows up to be successful but is still affected by the joke -- and spends Valentine's Days killing the women.

"Valentine" started filming in July. It is expected to be released near Valentine's Day in 2001.

Katherine's next screen venture will be in the teen comedy "100 Girls".
