Next Tuesday "Buffy The Vampire Slayer" will return to the WB after a long drought of reruns.

According to zap2it.com, the slayer will be reunited with her former vampire lover Angel (David Boreanaz), who will return to Sunnydale for her mother's funeral on the April 17th episode.

The following week, on an episode titled "Intervention," Buffy (Sarah Michelle Gellar) will start a journey with the original Slayer to learn why she's found herself emotionally paralyzed.

The episode will also feature the bleached vampire Spike (James Marsters), who develops a Buffy robot to satisfy his crush on the real version of Buffy.

In more "Buffy" news, the season finale of the show airing on May 22 will feature a special guest star.

Joel Grey ("Dancer In The Dark," "Cabaret"), will appear in the episode titled "The Gift".

Grey is also the father of "Dirty Dancing" star Jennifer Grey.
