WARNING - SPOILER: Fans still reeling from "Buffy The Vampire Slayer's" shocking season finale Tuesday night will be happy to know that the show's creator, Joss Whedon, is planning at least one up-beat episode for next season.
Joss is currently working on an all-musical instalment of "Buffy" next season when the show will air on UPN instead of The WB, TV Guide reports.
"I couldn't have been more psyched when I heard about this episode," said UPN president Dean Valentine.
Meanwhile, The Buffy message boards are audibly wailing after **SPOILER** Buffy herself opted to jump to her death instead of killing her sister Dawn in an effort to save the world yet again.
"I've been watching the show since it started, I know she'll be back next season on the upn -- but I cried really bad -- how could you not," reads a message from one distraught fan on buffy.com.
Sarah Michelle Gellar, who plays Buffy on the supernatural show, is reportedly contractually obligated to the show for two more years. But as the final scene of last night's episode was of Buffy's gravestone which read "She Saved The World A Lot", it's unclear how Whedon plans to bring his slayer back to life next season.
