"Buffy The Vampire Slayer' went home with the highest honour at the Saturn Awards on Tuesday (June 12).

The show that stars Sarah Michelle Gellar walked away with the Best Network Television Series award, zap2it.com reports.

"Buffy" cast member James Marsters, a.k.a. vampire "Spike", also received a nod for Best Supporting Actor.
