Dawson, Joey, Pacey and the rest of the "Dawson's Creek" gang are finally going to the prom.

On Wednesday (May 2), The WB will air "Promicide", an episode full of "romance and heart break," TV Guide reports.

Fans probably already know that Jack (Kerr Smith) and Toby (David Monahan) will share a lip-lock at the prom and that Jen (Michelle Williams) will attend the big dance with Dru (Mark Matkevich).

Meanwhile, the show's three main characters also have important prom dates. Dawson (James Van Der Beek), will go with his older girlfriend, Gretchen (Sasha Alexander), while Joey (Katie Holmes) and her (current) boyfriend, Pacey (Joshua Jackson), are going as a couple.

The two pressing questions on fans' minds are: 1. Will Pacey and Joey break up? 2. Will Dawson finally do the deed?

"A lot of different things are going to happen among the characters," Sasha told TV Guide, "but I think there are some happy endings and there are sad endings."

"Some people make out better than others," said Mark. "But certainly each person has something happen to them that changes them drastically. Each character has something that changes their relationship with the person they're with or with themselves."
