Two WB stars are joining the cast of a new TV movie.

Katherine Heigle ("Roswell") and Kerr Smith ("Ground Zero") will star in a TV movie titled "Ground Zero", that's based on the book "The Seventh Power", zap2it.com reports.

The movie will revolve around two intelligent university students who build a nuclear bomb that eventually lands in the hands of a terrorist. The students then join the government in an effort to stop the bomb.

"Ground Zero" is expected to begin production in Vancouver this week.
